Yes to both. I usually expect travel hiccups. Not figuring out what bus to take is one thing. But having no buses available at the port of entry is another story altogether.

In recent years, Estonia has been luring digital nomads to work there. It makes me wonder if they have approached any of these issues to make entry a bit easier.
