WOW!! Incredible that people would establish fake accounts to cheat people! A shame to see that, isn't it?

My two favorite thoughts about lotteries:

1. The writer Fran Lebowitz said that your chances of winning the lottery are about the same whether you buy a ticket or not.

2. As you alluded to in your story, lotteries are a tax on the mathematically incompetent.
