Thanks for this. It brought back many (bad) memories, such as my visit to Greece, 1989, the first time I ever saw that sign in a bathroom to put used toilet paper in a bin and not flush it down. Gross!

As for 7-Eleven, I remember places in Thailand where there are two of them on the same block, almost right across the street from each other.

And, comically, in Vietnam, almost every restaurant I went to had a roll of toilet paper on each table, usually in a decorative pink holder.
