I don't think Airbnb is perfect. It gets a lot of bad rap. And I think that keeping a property off the long-term rental market in order to make it an STR is not a good move.

Lots of people seem to be invested in writing bad press about Airbnb. But when I have a chance to tell my story, I usually jump on it.
