Thank you for this, Gerald. I am both an Airbnb visitor (103 stays in 33 countries) and, at home, a SuperHost with predominantly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reviews.

When we are home, we rent out the spare bedroom and have regular interaction with visitors. When we are away, we rent out the whole place, which has the added benefit of generating Airbnb revenue that we "recycle" into Airbnb to pay our hosts where we travel.
