My greatest challenge in divesting myself of excess possessions is that I am trying to do this as responsibly as possible, which is to say that I am avoiding the options of throwing these items into landfill or recycling containers.

My hope is to be able to put these items into the hands and the homes of people who will be able to use or appreciate them in some way.

It has become a time-intensive project!

For those of you who may not know about this terminology or process, here is the first piece that I wrote:
