I see that you are giving these massage boys a decidedly feminine vocabulary, which is curious to me.
Something you are not specifically saying has to do with whether or not these young men are being exploited, beaten, or somehow mistreated in any way. If that were the case, then I could very definitely see an argument for not patronizing them.
I have had only one experience along these lines, but it was in Chiang Mai, not Bangkok. I arranged with the owner of a guest house where I was staying to have a masseur come to my room there. It seemed to be all on the up-and-up. The guy seemed to be willing to give the "happy ending." This was 2008, so I am not totally clear on the details.
