I can't imagine that there even exists the phenomenon of walking barefoot in a public restroom! Maybe at a beach; I can see that as a possibility.

I am always amazed that there are people who walk outside of their own homes barefooted. I have seen so many unimaginably gross things on city streets. No need to list them: use your imagination.
