Hi, Sean, nobody else mentioned this, so maybe they didn't spot it, but I just wanted to give you a response.

In your title, you clearly indicate that you are going to be talking about things people regret later in life. So, for openers, I thought I would glance down the list to see what I might regret.

#1: "Ownership of our life path"

Why would I regret taking ownership of my life path?

#2: "Undoing damage to your mouth"

Why would I regret that?

#3: "Win the battle between two selves"

Once again, why would I regret that?

To me, you have listed five things we should do as a means of avoiding regret.

Your points would be clearer if you either changed the wording in the five points [Example for #1: Not taking ownership of our own life path} or re-worded the title along the lines of Do these 5 things to minimize regrets later in life.
