Thanks for helping me to get it accurate. I appreciate that.

I was speaking the other day with a visiting friend from Netherlands. He was reading my French art in our living room ["Faites comme chez nous....] and then we went on to talk about our visits to France.

I mentioned to him that I had been to Arras ten times. He corrected me on the pronunciation. He said, "It's pronounced 'Arrah,' because you do not pronounce the 's' at the end.

I told him that I had heard it only with the 's' pronounced at the end. He was surprised.
